The PhillySEEDS Scholarship Application has been updated. Applicant requirements are:

1) for at least the past year, be a resident of PHA public (or scattered site) housing or participate in the HCV or a partner (PAPMC, AME, RAD, for example) resident program;

2) be accepted as a full-time student by an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or trade/technical school; and

3) have a GPA of at least 2.5 or B- and a corresponding percentage overall GED score.
