As a response to the elimination of several first-time homebuyer grants for residents in the Philadelphia area, PhillySEEDS created the Homeownership Closing Cost Matching Grant to help residents purchase their first home.
What a wonderful event! The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the gathering of first-time homeowners, scholarship recipients, resident leaders, Commissioners, and our PhillySEEDS friends and contributors was an absolute delight!
