The Nellie Reynolds Scholarship, formally known as the PhillySEEDS Scholarship Program, offers annual awards of $3K, $4K, or $5K to PHA residents and program participants subject to funding availability. Recipients must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or trade school.

The Rev. Bonnie Camarda Scholarship, established in 2025, was created in response to an expressed need for support for PHA residents and program participants pursuing part-time continuing education. The program offers an annual award of up to $1,000 to high school seniors and adult learners enrolled in accredited colleges, universities, or trade schools, with no GPA requirement.
